I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in May 2025
Interview
No screening call, just an invitation for a 60 min zoom/chime call via email. The interviewer only asked me one question (customer obsession LP), with 3 follow up questions to dissect my answer. After that, the interviewer asked if I had questions for him. 30 minutes were left in the interview. I don't think it's fair to only ask one question in an interview. I asked if he had hesitations about my qualifications so I can address them and he said he wasn't allowed to tell me that (???). I felt the interviewer made up their mind before speaking with me and I was not given a fair interview.

The third interview was a live case study.

Star. Pretty much you have to follow the structure exactly how they describe and you are in. They will have a prepation call. Highly recommend attending also because you get to practice it there
