The Hiring manager applied stress management strategy during the interview. He constantly interrupted my explanations. It was a bad experience from my side. At the end I wasn't hired and I stopped applying to Amazon because I am not willing to work at a place where they interview in such a bad manner
6 hour interview with 6 different people. You can find much information online regarding the Amazon interview process. Since it was during Covid, the entire interview process was virtual. They do not give you a reason for not providing you with a job offer. There isn't a follow up with human resources except to say you were not offered the position.
