Amazon Programme Manager interview questions

An informal phone screen, followed by three hour long interviews. The first forty five minutes of each interview was them asking me questions, with fifteen minutes for me to ask questions. Overall it was very relaxed.

After a brief phone screening with the recruiter, I had a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, I was asked two behavioral questions related to the position. He wanted specific numbers, such as how much time or budget he saved on the experience.
