In summary the first 3 interviews were fine, but by the 4th interview you are quite tired of talking about the same examples and battle to find some new content to talk about. They kept the reporting manager for the final interview. At that stage my brain was exhausted and I struggled to answer 1 questions. I felt like they were looking for 100 perfect and I was not able to find an answer to the final question that suited 'their use of language' - As a very experienced recruiter myself, I know this is where I fell short and was rather disappointed.
