Amazon Sourcing Recruiter interview questions

The interview process is difficult but very rewarding. During my loop (on-site interview), I spoke with 5 different members of the recruiting team. Each interview is based on the Leadership Principles and requires a STAR method of response. I highly recommend prepping a good amount beforehand. Have your examples prepared and practice chatting through your responses prior to the interview. The more you prep, the more seamless the loop will be. Every interviewer was super professional and ultimately made it a great process!
