Amazon Technical Sourcer interview questions

Four separate one hour interviews that take place over the span of one day. Mix of behavioral questions and questions based around sourcing, metrics, sourcing strategies. To get hired into Amazon you must be demonstrating that you are raising the bar for the level you are interviewing for.

First there is a phone interview that's one hour long. If you pass, then panel in-person interview done over a half day with 4-5 separate interviews, each one hour long.
