It is completely recorded video interview and lasted for almost 2.5 hrs for the written assessment and 20min for the voice assessment round.

First round was GD. After that amazon has its own way to shortlist candidate for its CS profile. They have Interactive module to check your grammar, CS skills and work ethics etc. Though it was not that hard all you need is good hand in english and a lil bit of Customer Service Exp.
