I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Warehouse (Bratislava) in Feb 2022
Interview
HR interview was fine, but then another interview with a person from that department was biased and judgemental. I felt like she didn't know what she was doing. It was very frustrating.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon Warehouse (University District) in Oct 2025
Interview
3 rounds of interviews. They asked a serious of questions for behavioral and critical thinking. They mostly just want to know what kind of person you are not a technical interview. Have a few scenarios with the STAR method ready for the questions. They ask many follow up questions but should be easy if your well equipped with the stories your telling. Also have an intro(Tell me about you) answer ready. Overall would rate this interview 10/10 for how easy it was. The interviewees were the nicest people, at least for me.
