For the position of consultant, the only thing they are looking for is the leadership principles. If you are at the loop, and if your resume is not embellished then it means that from a technical POV, you are qualified, all that matters is the LPs. Nothing else.

Interview process is well defined and structured. They make sure to feel you comfortable however they note each and everything in the process. The re will be one screening round and once cleared there will be at-least 3 more rounds.
