Weird questions related to management and how I handled some situations at my previous job. In detal, borderline NDA
Interviewer was young and in unexperienced.
Finally the coding question was not a discussion but the intrerviewer steered my code in particular direction, as if he knows only one possible solution by heart and wasn't open to help or abstracy thinking.

Applied with a referral. Got the OA that week and completed it. Was not able to solve one of the OA questions in there completely. 3 rounds. First round was behavioral. Second round was technical included two leetcode medium problems and last round was system design about designing a messenger app.

Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.
