I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process took 8 weeks. I met with a recruiter, the hiring manager, another recruiter prepped me for the panel and then I had a series of ten 30 minute interviews with roughly 12 different people. I really liked the hiring manager and his manager but found most of the conversations with others to be draining. And the process felt time consuming and excessive.
They did get back to me very quickly with feedback which I did appreciate.
By the time I was done with all the interviews, I no longer wanted the job.
Really quick and easy very structured. They outline expectations very clearly along with how the interview will go. The interviewers are great and the questions really help you understand the Amazonian culture.
