Interview
There were two phone interviews and a loop interview with five interviewers. A good mix of technical and situational questions with some questions being repetitive between the different interviews. The interviewers were all very friendly. Since the interview was remote, it was all done over video calls.

Initial HR screen , followed by Technical Phone screen. After that 2 Technical and one Manager interview. Last interview with Manager was Focused on Amazon leadership principal and Behavioral question around previous work experience.

I was ghosted by AWS. I applied for a Senior TAM position and was contacted by a recruiter. I took an initial assessment and then asked to send a few interview dates. I was scheduled on the last option I sent which was 2 weeks from the assessment. I attended the interview call but no one showed up. I sent a mail to the recruiter and interview scheduler but didn’t get any response. In the meantime I saw the role I applied for is no longer available. Very disappointing and unprofessional from AWS. I thought I was a good fit for the role.
