Interview
The interview process for the Recruiter Intern position consisted of an online screening and then a virtual interview. The interview was split into a 1 hour session with one interviewer, then a break, then another 1 hour session with two interviewers. The first interview was fairly easy and the second was more challenging - more probing questions, questioning the decisions you had made in previous positions, what you learned, what you would do/not do differently, etc. They used the STAR method, and preparing on the Leadership Principles is key. I really appreciated how thorough and insightful their interview questions were! Definitely one of the more challenging interviews I’ve done, but also the most memorable. I was really impressed by the experience.
