The first send you the email to prepare for the online DSA coding interview and I made it to the second stage where by I was interviewed by a white guy from Netherlands and I was asked to code live and also asked behaviour questions

The interview process was relatively short compared to the other SWE internships, but HR is pretty slow and unresponsive. Interview invites always come from no reply emails, and they take a long time to decide in between interviews.

OA followed by one video interview. Scheduled for 1 hour but only lasted about 45 minutes. Mix of technical coding and behavioral questions. Whole process took a couple months (1 month between OA and interview and almost 1 month for offer after)

Very disorganized, only ever contacted through emails, and often took up to weeks for a reply. When trying to schedule a time for interviews, I often got ghosted and had to reach out multiple times in order to get a response.
