It is very long, and you need to study for at least 50 hours and prepare at least 2 examples for each of the 16 leadership principles. Start with 3 online assessments> 1 call by hr > 1 call by team > 4 calls in a row (the loop) with 4 different people (hiring manager, 1 team, 1 external, 1 bar riser)
