Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the metrics you would monitor for the network in the datacenter?
I’ve now completed my second loop interview with the company, and the experience has been disappointing. Out of five interviewers, two had very limited English skills, which made effective communication extremely difficult. Another interviewer spent most of the session taking notes without engaging, barely acknowledging my responses or body language.
For an organization that prides itself on leadership values, the process has shown little evidence of those qualities. Strong leadership is demonstrated through clear communication, active listening, and respect for others’ time — none of which I’ve consistently experienced during these interviews.
