I was contacted three times for a selection process for an HR Manager for recruiters in India, for a position based in Spain. I was assigned tests on the company’s platform, which included exercises I worked on for about an hour. Later, I was told I had been selected for an interview with HR and was asked to provide five available time slots. A week later, they reached out again asking for five more options. More than a week went by with no updates, so I followed up, and they told me the role had already moved forward.
I find this extremely disrespectful to senior candidates.
