The interview process was entirely virtual using Amazon's Chime online-meeting service. My interview was for a position within Amazon's Work-based Learning Program, and as such, my interview process was shortened and expedited. It was a one-hour virtual meeting with several different current employees and hiring managers. The staff I interviewed with were incredibly laid-back (think sweatshirts and t-shirts), but maintained a professional conversation. Overall a very positive experience!
