The OA was structured into three distinct modules: Coding Assessment: This module included two algorithmic coding questions similar to LeetCode problems, ranging from medium to hard difficulty. The focus was on data structures, problem-solving, and time-efficient solutions. Behavioral Questions: This section assessed my communication skills, ability to handle workplace scenarios, and alignment with the company's values and culture. I was required to respond to situational prompts. Overall, the OA was designed to evaluate both technical proficiency and soft skills, and it provided a comprehensive first step in the selection process.
