Primeiro você passa por um teste online, depois por um desafio de vídeo na plataforma deles que é muito boa por sinal, neste desafio eles enviam um pdf com uma situações de negócios e você tem 10 minutos para preparar sua resposta e 2 minutos para gravá-la.
