Interview
The recruiter HR department rep was very nice and communicated well. The regional manager was horrible and had an old school approach to the job profession. I felt like it was a test and not an interview. I was not able to convey my education and experience to the everyday practice. He was looking for technical terms. Told me I was not qualified after 10 plus year in the field. I told him this was the worst interview I had been on and needs to change his approach. I shared that with HR and got no response.
