Interview
Got a call from consultancy and then they took about 2 weeks to schedule the interview. After the first interview there was no response for almost a month and then suddenly plan for the other rounds via face to face in their Pune office.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic question about Cloud Solution Architect related to technical, security, budget planning, escalation handling, procurement, troubleshooting, pre sales etc. During the interview it seems like they have a huge requirement but they want to achieve all these through a single person. They are expecting you to work as a individual contributor but expecting you to be 100% perfect on all the domains. They don't care about the specialization and have no understanding on how to make the domain expert. It seems like they were not sure what they were looking for.
There were 4 rounds in total. Round 1 - To check your proficiency of your current job skills and telecom knowledge. Round 2 - Interview is more from an Amodocs point of view where the technologies and domains you have worked on will be asked about Round 3 - Interview with the manager Round 4 - HR
3 different calls with HR, Manager, Senior Manager in around 1 week.
Simple questions mostly related to past experiences, expectations and competence.
The questions where very high level and related to almost every area of competence

Director -> 1 Round
Well organised, collaborative, role-specific, smooth experience. Director was flexible in further study accommodation/leaves. Very well described the role and responsibilities, expectations from the role.
