Hiring process is simple:
Before starting the process, you have to choose between technologies- C or C++ or JAVA because the further rounds will be based on the choice you make.
1) Aptitude - 6 sections including a section on programming(just 2 programs in 45 minutes) and a section on technical skills(DBMS + Unix + C/C++/JAVA(depending on your choice)).
2) Technical round. - Too easy.
3) HR - Just a cakewalk.
The only obstacle in getting a job at amdocs for a fresher is to clear the first round. Rest all is very easy.
