I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amedisys (Baton Rouge, LA)

Interview

Submitted online application. The site was easy to use and I was able to upload my resume. Recruiter called me for a phone interview after 2 weeks. 3 more weeks for a face to face interview.

Question 1

Lots of behavioral questions that had nothing to do with the position. It was obvious that the manager knew nothing about interviewing and probably googled interview questions right before I arrived.
