I was interviewed by the director of the office and a separate interview was done by the clinical manager the next day when she was available. I was new to home health and they both explained the position in detail. The salary is less than Louisiana nurse salary but was assured the position had room for advancement.

Upon receiving a call for a telephone interview, I was immediately advised that the position had been filled. It would have been helpful to know this position had been filled beforehand as I carved time out of my busy day for a telephone interview. I suspect they had an internal candidate queued up to hire and needed to check some boxes of interviewing external candidates. Whatever the reason, not cool. I won't apply to this company again.
The interview process is multi layered, seems organized so far. I am currently awaiting offer. I have been given several opportunities to ask any question I may have. Hopefully the onboarding process will be as organized as the interview has been.
