Interview
Overall it was great! It was one zoom interview followed by a super day at your selected office. I met three different lenders who asked me several behavioral and a couple technical questions. After that, we grabbed lunch with other analysts that are part of the program.

Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.
It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
