Contacted by recruiter with position and applied online. Contacted by Hr and went to St. Louis to take leadership exam (about 3 hrs.) Then went to plant to interview. Standard behavioral interview questions. Interview conducted by training supervisors (2). I didn't get a good feeling from the interview and was told after I was done they would have a decision on the 15th of the month. Got word back from recruiter on the 20th that I wasn't selected and nothing else.
