Initial communication with the company was an email from HR informing me that I had been selected for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 min with the Controller - it was a pretty basic phone interview, the interviewer was just trying to get a feel of whether I should be called in or not for the second round, and at the end of the phone interview, I was told that I had been selected for the next round. I was then flown to the corporate office, for an interview with the Controller and the Director of Finance. The interview lasted for about 1 hour. The people seemed very cordial and the general perception of the office and work culture was very positive.
