First you take the customer service test which takes 2-3 hours. If you pass then you are interviewed. The day I went they were doing a job fair style interview and since it was their first it was a complete mess! The room they had originally thought they'd use had other people in it so they kept moving us around. Totally disorganized. They pay $25.34 an hour though wow!

The final interview was like speaking with three robots, they read off a script and it was the least personable interview I’ve ever had. Lots of delays and reschedules for the interviewing process as well.
