Had a phone interview first. After which I was invited to a face to face interview. It was not super difficult, but explain how they have a different kind of interview style than other companies. I was asked very broad questions, most of which were not too difficult.

Talk about a time in which you were required to be analyze a dangerous situation, and make it safer.
There was an initial phone conversation with a recruiter to discuss the role and timing of the position. Then there was one combined personality and technical interview. After the interview I received an offer.

Did I have prior experience with electrical line work.
It was a behavioral interview and pretty chill. STAR Method was used. Talked to a recruiter at a job fair and then had a meeting with HR to talk about the roles they had available.

Fairly simple, basically just know why you want to be an Ameren Co-op. They didn't ask me any behavioral questions, just stuff like how I heard about the position and what I knew about Ameren.
