I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter. It was just to get a feel for my personality, behavior etc. Basic questions about the job itself, work history as well. I thought it went very well, as such I was expecting another call for a interview for the hiring manager which I was told was going to take up to a week as they were moving quickly. After 2 months I have yet to hear anything back, even a rejection email. I emailed the recruiter about an update on the process about a week after our conversation, I called a couple of times since as well and still have yet to hear anything. It’s quite disappointing.
