It was an online meeting (with camera). They asked questions like a traditional interview. There were three people and they asked me to review the STAR format before the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ameren (Peoria, IL)
Interview
I was scheduled a phone interview first. After thatI was invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager and some engineers. The questions were not too bad but you did have to think over your questions very carefully. The interview lasted over an hour for me and it was a great experience.
