I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ameren (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I applied two months ago, had an initial HR screening and an iinterview two weeks ago. My interview was cut short to less than 30 minutes and I was told I will hear back in a week. I followed up with HR two weeks later and was told it could take a month or more. I replied back and requested HR to inform me as soon as a decision is made since I have another offer, I was declined the same day and a couple of hours after being told it could take another month.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ameren (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2021
Interview
Pretty straight forward. There were about ten people involved during part of the interview all at the same time. Some of the people were known before the interview. Some were just there. Perhaps they were training?

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ameren (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied on line through company website just to search jobs but already employed. I got a call from a recruiter within the company explaining i was invited to come test and interview in St. Louis. I flew out passed all 3 computer based skills test and was deemed recommended for the position and would move on to the next step which would be a panel interview the next morning. I went in the next morning and proceeded to answer a STAR method interview Q&A. I felt pretty strong about the interview since i had done this style of interview with my employer now and previous employer before. Its now been three months later and no communication from the company one way or the other on the status of my application, but i when i go to there career section i see the job still posted as of to date. i cant see how a company can expect to hire new employees thinking they are the only utility around vying for new talent and i am sure they call making job offers to viable candidates who have taken positions with a new employer not waiting on there lengthy process or no process at all.
