The interview was around an hour long and was strictly based off of the S.H.A.R.E. behavioral interview model. They asked several questions about previous experiences to which you answer with the SHARE model. One interview session with 3 supervisors. After another week or two, they called with an offer. As far as I know, a majority (if not all) of the interviews use the S.H.A.R.E. model.
