I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ameresco (Wilmington, DE) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was a very traditional interview. I was a bit nervous because I had been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 16 years and they made me feel at ease. The four people that I interviewed with were very professional and also very laid back so I felt like I'd be a great match for this company.
