I applied through LinkedIn and contacted by the recruiter through LinkedIn to schedule a 30-minute interview with her. Had 30-minute interview with recruiter then scheduled a 60-minute interview with an HR Manager. Then scheduled a 30-minute interview with an HR Director. Then scheduled a 30-minute interview with the Director of Training (including a 15-minute presentation). Then scheduled a 30-minute interview with the Call Center Director that lasted 50 minutes. Though no offer was given, I would say the experience was positive other than a very simple, effortless, and dismissive "decline" email from the recruiter, especially after all the time and energy invested in the process from everyone involved. Also, in my initial interview with the recruiter, I asked her if there would be a presentation as a part of the process and she said "No, just an interview. That's what the last trainer did we just hired." That was not correct information as three interviews in, I was told there would be a presentation with the Director of Training, which was certainly not a problem for me, but there was a disconnect in information communicated to me.
