Just a quick phone interview. Then they send you to training, and that's where the weeding out happens. My training group started with 20 and ended with 9. The interview doesn't mention that you will be training on three separate lines of business at the same time.
Smooth and easy. Informative and laid back. The company really needed timeline to fill the role and I was available. The interview took place in the home office and was just myself and the district manager.
