Interview
It helps to know someone to get into this company. The optical community is small and if you have a good reputation you will be sought out. Obviously the more you know the more you will be offered. They were very willing to negotiate rate of pay and even if you do not what you get at first there is so much room for growth it is unbelievable. This is not a dead end job.

As long as you can answer yes or no questions, you are hired. I’m sure even if you couldn’t answer yes or no questions, you’d still be hired. It’s an easy process and they are usually extremely short staffed with a high turnover rate so they are always desperate for people.
First interview is with the two assistant managers, individually. If they both agree you would be a good candidate, you will be called in for a second interview with the store manager.
