I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at America's Best
Interview
The interview was relaxed and felt comfortable with the manager. The manager asked questions like why do you want this job, what skills do you have that will be valuable to the company and things like that. After that the manager gave a brief history of the store and took me around the store.
The interview process was with one person and she basically asked you questions about your background, customer service and random questions that weren’t part of the interview process. The vibe was cool
It was a standard one on one sit down interview with basic customer service based questions. I did not get past this interview, so can’t give more information on the total process.
The interview was really easy and laid back. There was no reason to stress over it. It was fast. They give you some sheets to fill out and the beginning and things to sign.
