Interview
I saw the opening at Indeed.com i applied and was contacted a day later to set up an interview. If you dress nicely you will get extra points. Basically once I walked in to the back of the office I was told of all the jobs positions, and was asked if i was able to multitask. Then i would have to describe if I was good at selling. Basically you sell your personality. I walked out of there. Three days later i received a phone call that they wanted me to work with them. I believe it took a while because the lady interviewing had a list of about 20 for interviews,
They took me to a small room, and I was met by the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview probably lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I was able to hear back a week after the interview.
Very nice and respectful. Asked me the basic questions like past work experiences and what goals I have for my future. Lasted only about 15 minutes out of the 30 minute time slot that was listed in the scheduled interview.

Interview
Phone interview was very straight forward. The manager called and we discussed my availability and what was expected of the job. The manager sounded as if she was ready to hire me on the spot.
