After the job was posted online, I applied using our internal database. I was informed that a phone screen would be set up. After the initial phone screen, I completed a second phone interview with the senior manager. This discussed my past experience with the organization, and was an opporunity to learn more about the job requirements. From there, I was selected for an in person interview with the senior manager and two other employees.
