Applied in early April, had phone interview in mid-May. The interviewer seemed checked out, didn’t know much about the position (except what he was reading straight from the job description), and just was overall very impersonal. He asked no less than 10 questions regarding my experience in volunteering, event planning, and overall qualifications. However, most questions seemed rigid and not at all related to the job. The interviewer made this whole conversation so impersonal and it definitely felt like I was just another interviewee on his list that day. Seems like I dodged a bullet with this one.

Initial phone interview, pleasant conversation with a recruiter. I had to withdraw because the expected start date for the role wasn't a match for my current availability, but was encouraged to connect with the company and apply for future opportunities. I left feeling disappointed at the unfortunate timing, but confident in the culture match.

I took part in a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes long and focused on experience related to fundraising, specifically requesting donations. I believe the next steps were for a in person interview at the regional office.
