Applied online via the ACS job portal after a referral from an ACS staff member. Received a call to schedule an interview with HR the next day. Did an hour and a half long call with an HR manager, a really nice conversation, and very straightforward questions, and she sent me a benefits package (which I thought was odd to send so early). Scheduled to do a panel interview very early in the morning the next day with three ACS executives. The panel interview lasted about an hour and was very pleasant. I felt that all interviews went really great. Everyone was really kind and provided me the opportunity to ask questions as well. I emailed the HR manager thanking her for her time after my initial interview, emailed her again after I completed my panel interview reinforcing my interest in the position, and emailed all three panelists to thank them for their time after my panel interview. No one responded. I applied and interviewed within a 4 day period and then was ghosted for an entire month before being informed that they offered the position to someone else. Overall, the interviews were great and I really enjoyed getting to know more about ACS and speaking with the current staff at ACS. The actual operational process and communication leave room for improvement on their end.
