Interview
I applied for a business analyst role and was selected to interview. My first interview with HR was very informative about the interview process with ACS, onboarding and training, and high-level expectations for the role. My second interview was with the hiring managers who were knowledgeable and well-informed on the needs for the role, but were not subject matter experts in the specific types of reports needed. My third interview was with potential peers who were subject matter experts, kind and informative.
