I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters
Interview
Very informal, just a quick sit down conversation with the hiring manager at the store I applied at. She was young and easy to speak with, not a lot of pressure when asking any questions. Just wants to know a little bit about you and the type of work ethic you have/are coming from.

Very kind interviewer, looked forward to working with them and genuinely enjoyed our "interview."
