I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in Apr 2014
Interview
It was a very comfortable interview, the store manager took me outside of the store and we found a table to sit at. It was very conversational and felt natural. If I had any nerves going in, they disappeared rather quickly.
