I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters
Interview
It was great. My interviewer was really kind and gave me time to talk and ask all of my questions. I also got to knew her as well. She talked about her experience working at Aerie, what it was like, and what I was needing to know. The questions were really easy and laid back. It was just like having a conversation with a friend and talking about the work place and previous experience. I would suggest that you just be yourself. Dress the part that you are trying to get. So dress hip. You don't need to come in in heels and dress pants. I wore linen pants with a lace top with some accessories.

I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Victor, NY)
Interview
Very chill. Wear something that they would sell at AEO, don't wear full business attire. They asked very standard questions and hired me on the spot. They just want to get to know you and aren't testing any sales skills.
