I just went into the store during their early hours and filled out a paper application. Make sure you read the entire thing because there is a back page which requires a signature that an obnoxious amount of people forget to fill out. Try to turn it into a manager, they'll look it over and ask you a few questions on the spot. If they liked how you answer them (also make sure you look nice and fashionable when you apply) and how you dress, they'll make note of your application. For the interview, it was the basic interview questions, nothing too hard or unexpected and I was offered a job on the spot.
