Interview
I originally went to the store to apply for a job and I got a assistant manager asked me basic questions like why I want to work there etc. and took a copy of my resume. Then she gave me a link to apply and I was contacted within 2 days by a recruiter. I was interviewed the next day and got a 10 minute interview, took a personality test, and filled out another application.
About 4 days later I got contacted by the manager for another interview. He asked some more in depth questions like what sets you apart from the other candidates.

Very chill. Wear something that they would sell at AEO, don't wear full business attire. They asked very standard questions and hired me on the spot. They just want to get to know you and aren't testing any sales skills.

-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.
