I went in and asked if there were any positions open for hiring basically on a whim. The manager asked me a few basic questions like what position was I looking for and my availability. The manager then had me fill out an application in the store and then she looked it over. Asked a few questions about what I put on my application, made some corrections, clarifications and had me redo it to her specifications. After that she had me get on the computer to do a survey, the first asking what adjectives described me and the second portion asking what adjectives described an employee at AEO. After that she told me she'll call me back in a few hours. Didn't get a call the same day so I called the next morning and she said she'll call me back later that evening. Got a call that evening saying they were looking to extend an offer to me but would go over details after her vacation sometime in the next week. It's next week now but still no word. Hopefully I'll get word back soon!
